Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth store operations
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
