 Are you a talented mixologist with a passion for crafting unforgettable cocktails? We're seeking a dynamic Lead Bartender to join our team at Cavcas, our new  restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills! As the Lead Bartender, you'll be responsible for curating an innovative cocktail menu that complements our culinary offerings and reflects the unique spirit of Cavcas. You'll also lead our bar team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

•   Develop and execute a creative cocktail menu that showcases premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that cocktails complement the flavors and themes of our menu
• Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks to maintain high standards of cocktail preparation, presentation, and service
•  Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining proper par levels
•  Create and maintain signature cocktails and seasonal specials, rotating the menu regularly to keep offerings fresh and exciting
•  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and ingredients
•  Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to recommend drinks and ensure a memorable dining experience
•  Monitor bar revenue and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
•  Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports

Requirements:

•  3 years of experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
•  Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
•  Creative flair and a passion for experimentation, with the ability to develop unique and exciting cocktails
•  Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
•  Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and engaging personality
•  Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•  Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
