Title: Resident Care Coordinator FLSA: NON-EXEMPT Shift: Full Time **Available for all Shifts, including holidays and weekends. This position will focus on scheduling and staffing the care staff for Assisted Living and Memory Care and all job duties listed below** Job Summary:Participates with hiring, training, and scheduling of clinical team members Coordinates all services relating to resident care needs Monitors resident care needs Alert the Director of Health and Wellness and Director of Memory Care when the resident has a change of condition Audits the medication administration program to ensure accuracy Addresses resident and family concerns during work hours Responds to resident special requests Acts as a liaison with community providers Qualifications: Prior experience in assisted living and memory care Prior medication manager experience in assisted living and memory care Excellent customer service and communication skills positive and cheerful disposition proven leadership Proven organizational skills Comfortable making decisions and directing others Able to preform frequent lifting of less than, or equal to, 50 pounds Able to occasionally lift more than 50 pounds Benefit & Perks:stRobust benefit plan offerings including Medical (PPO and HAS Plans), Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, HSA, FSA, etc. Employer paid Short Term/ Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program 401(k) plan with employer match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Company paid continuing education - 4 hours of “CARES Dementia Basics” and 4 hours of “CARES Dementia-Related Behaviors.
