Position Summary
We are looking for a Hybrid Project Management Office (PMO) Lead for security operations team providing overall project support including on-boarding, off-boarding, project startup and management, day to day client relationship oversight, issue and risk management, Service Level Agreement tracking and reporting, financial reporting and invoicing. Position will report to the Managing Director Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the PMO team to ensure operations and project oversight and management are executed to client expectations. Manage the day to day client relationship providing operational and financial reporting. Responsibilities include resource on-boarding and off-boarding, financial reporting and invoicing, Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and reporting, new project initiation and management, issue and risk tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Previous PMO experience in a medium to large scale environment (>$1M annually)
- Team leadership and management
- Experience in a outsource IT operations environment
- Service Level Agreement management
- Financial management and reporting
- IT project scheduling and management
- Solid client facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience working in a cybersecurity operations environment
- BS degree or equivalent Experience
- Medical insurance industry experience
