What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Apprentice position at CBD Kratom?

As a Construction Apprentice, you will assist the Construction Manager in minor construction projects for our existing and future store locations. You will be responsible for assisting with remodeling residential and/or commercial properties, site maintenance and cleanup while following all site health and safety regulations.
About you:
- Ability to perform general construction labor tasks including job site clean-up and moving of materials by hand, stripping, and cleaning forms.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with team members and foster a high level of morale and productivity.
- Knowledgeable in commercial construction procedures and practices.
- Detail-Oriented individual that takes pride in their work and is thorough and attentive to details; goes beyond the expected.
- Able to follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Work well under pressure and lead actions necessary due to delays, weather, or construction.
- Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at all times; can assist in completing labor to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day.
- Available to travel up to 30% of the time.
