Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Representative revolves around their natural abilities to organize their schedule well, network with potential clients, build relationships with their existing clients, know their sales presentations, understand and analyze a client's need for the product, and be able to verbally paint a picture for the client about how we can help meet that need. Your primary duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying prospective customers
- Cold-calling on businesses
- Generating and converting leads
- Presenting to individuals and often small or large groups of employees as well
- Emphasizing the features of products to highlight their value to the client(s)
- Answering questions about products
- Learning our CRM and our system for sourcing leads as well as making use of provided leads (free)
- Tracking sales activity and statistics daily and weekly
- Setting goals and reviewing performance metrics and statistics regularly
- Attending weekly sales meetings as required (over Zoom)
