Responsibilities
Provides consumers with medication education and monitors their health/medical issues, providing treatment recommendations as needed
Assesses clients’ Personal Care needs through interviews, and completes all written assessments in compliance with Medicaid regulations
Identifies medical training needs of staff and clients, provides education and consultation on medication and health maintenance issues when appropriate
Must ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey
Valid NJ driver’s license
Previous experience with the psychiatric population preferred
