The Following Qualities Required.
- Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards
- Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Collaborate with dispatcher, service manager as well as other co-workers to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring you are prepared with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently

- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Required: HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)
- Valid Driver's License
- HVAC License/Desire to become Journeyman
- EPA Certification
