What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evaluation Coordinator position at CBS Therapy?
CBS Therapy is a New England based therapy company created by therapists for therapists. We are looking to onboard an Evaluation Coordinator within our Recruiting andc Outreach department. This individual will report to the Recruiting and Outreach Manager (ROM).
Responsibilities:
1. Answer/return phone calls and emails
2. Receive evaluation requests from school departments
3. Assign evaluations to a therapist
4. Connect evaluator/client for scheduling
5. Set up task reminder to check in with therapist 2 weeks before due date on status of eval
6. Receive completed evaluations from therapist
7. Send completed evals to the school department
8. Provide Office manager with copy of eval
9. Prescreen evaluator applicants to make sure they have correct qualifications
10. Parse qualified candidates resume into Bullhorn
11. Submit qualified candidates to an open job/evaluation (Submission)
12. Close job/eval once received complete report and sent completed report to the school contact and Jen (Placement)
13. Create notes for every conversation in Bullhorn
14. Create tasks in Bullhorn when a follow up is needed
15. Post and update evaluator jobs across all platforms
16. Code evaluators by using Referred by field in BH
17. Call New Leads and Actives to get them placed
18. Mine candidate databases to find qualified candidates-call/email
19. Change candidate status accordingly (New lead to either Active or Archived)
20. If resume is required by school district, Redact Resumes and put on CBS Therapy Letterhead prior to sending to schools
21. Maintain “Daily Leads” list
22. Mass mailings to candidates to ascertain status
23. Attend meetings as required
24. Oversee the new hire paperwork process for evaluators, reaching out to candidates as necessary to maintain momentum
25. Basic office functions, faxing, scanning, filing documents as needed
26. Other work as needed
Skills Needed:
● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and Bullhorn
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- No experience required, we will train
