What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director position at CBTS?
Job Purpose: This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for achieving overall Profit and Loss (P&L) goals and overseeing sales activities within an assigned region(s)/branch(es)/team. The Regional Director will lead strategic account/customer planning and sales execution, pipeline/forecast management, and overall performance management. The successful Regional Director will lead and develop sales plans and strategies to economically achieve sales goals.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for overall sales success of the territory/branch/team as well as customer relationship responsibility for applicable region(s)/branch(es)/team. (40%)
- Day to day management, development, and recruitment of successful sales resources (Account Managers). (20%)
- Timely and accurate management of sales pipeline and forecasting. (20%)
- Lead and participate in account team reviews and strategy sessions geared at protecting existing business and driving new logo/revenue opportunities. (20%)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience
- Five (5) to Ten (10) years or more of Sales Management
- Experience in IT Professional Services, IT Managed Services, Product Resale preferred
