As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
