As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed
