Description
We have a Client Support Specialist position! Are you ready to work with CCFBank’s customers and mentor employees? As the Senior Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing and supporting customer service systems. You will be responsible for carrying out the daily operations of all Call Center Department, promote the image of the Bank, and act as a mentor for other Client Support team members.

Must haves:
- Twelve (12) months post high school degree or enrollment in a Business program.
- Two (2) years of work-related experience consisting of call center or customer service support duties in the financial service industry with at least one of those years at CCFBank OR 3-4 years’ experience in the financial services industry performing retail branch duties.
- Experience in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet, and specialty software programs.
