We are seeking a Business Analyst Manager to interface with business unit leaders, customers, team members, and IT resources to proactively facilitate the creation and maintenance of efficient business processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation of the annual strategic planning, working with management to ensure consideration of administrative needs are met and regularly communicated.
- Meet regularly with key personnel to ensure that information flows in both directions and to ensure that stated projects, goals, and objectives are met and communicated.
- Drive business process improvement and execution of process improvement solutions using value stream mapping, Lean A3, or other business tools.
- Manage, build, and maintain a strong rapport with business users and product owners to develop stories and mockups for new features. Interface with business users and developers to determine the best course of action including a thorough consideration of the impact to other groups. Determine if development is done with internal citizen developer resources or outsourced to corporate IT.
- Manage and support new employee onboarding, ensuring a consistent and effective onboarding experience.

Ensure Coordination of employee training, including but not limited to:
- New Hire Training.
- Position Specific Training.
- Customer Program Specific Training.
- Corporate Training (Cyber Security, Leadership Development etc.).
- Manage and enforce the use of SCRUM on all relevant project teams.
- Track and manage all software license usage and expense.
- Ensure coordination of a comprehensive Quality Assurance program.
- Coordinate customer onboarding activities.
- Provide customer invoicing backup support.
- Interaction including but not limited to peers, direct reports, all levels of management, project coordinators, customers, vendors, etc. will take place daily.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills we are looking for
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Database Administration, or related field is required.
- 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst or equivalent role required.
- 3-5 years of management experience required.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Quick Base, Pivotal Tracker, Power BI, and other web-based applications.
- Experience with business process definition, documentation, and improvement.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interface & communicate professionally.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn; adapt and accept increased responsibility.
- Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated.

Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.
