Our Event Coordinators work with residents from every walk of life and help ensure their experience is truly memorable. In this part-time role, you will be helping homeowners make sure their party starts and ends as smoothly as possible. This position is all about the resident experience! We need someone who is reliable and friendly. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is interested in the HOA or Hospitality field!
What you’ll accomplish:
- Providing outstanding guest assistance
- Ensuring the scheduled rental is ready prior to the event
- Providing an event checklist and reviewing with the homeowner (event host) to ensure all aspects are addressed
- Performing light office/admin duties and light cleaning, as necessary
What we’re looking for:
- An outgoing, customer-focused personality it a must!
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-sufficiency and reliability
- Weekend availability - most events will be held on Saturdays and Sundays
- Flexibility, schedules can vary week to week depending on rentals
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
