Our Pool Supervisors are responsible for managing all pool employees while enforcing the rules of an outdoor pool in accordance with association policies and government regulations. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe environment for all.

Desert Color is a master-planned community in Southern Utah and will be the second-largest community in the state at buildout. Desert Color is built around connectivity, community, and sustainability. Members, guests, and staff enjoy several amenities, including a 2.5-acre lagoon and half a mile of white-sand shoreline, an outdoor pool and spa, a rooftop deck, and miles of riding trails for walking, biking, scooters, and golf carts.
It is a place where you will find the best of everything that Southern Utah has to offer. Located alongside I-15 and Southern Parkway, Desert Color is built atop a 3,350-acre lot east of the interstate. What You’ll Accomplish
- Supervising pool staff
- Ensuring safe operation of the pool facilities
- Performing light janitorial duties
- Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
- Providing community information and offering assistance as needed
- Customer service experience
- Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
- CPR certification preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
