The Corporate Client Service Unit Representative is responsible under direct supervision, to review individual request(s) for client maintenance; updating changings that can impact a client’s structure and/or layout. Also, handling security to our clients for internal CCMSI employees and external client users; this will include Carriers and Broker based on clients outside vendors. Work closely with Client Service Unit pod(s) on various projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Determine type of request submitted to Client Services and take best course of action to resolve your assigned request from our SLCAST System. This will include Coding, Service Agreement, Client Profile, Client Access, and Policy/Coverage.
- Determine type of request submitted to Client Services and take best course of action to resolve your assigned request for security request. This includes CCMSI internal staff user(s) and external client base user(s).
- Provides timely, courteous and efficient service to Internal and external clients.
- Enter in Law Firm requests.
- Participates in available education courses.
- Informs management of activities and problems within assigned project and task.
- Data entry into SAT and/or SLCAST systems.
- Provides timely, courteous and efficient service to internal departments and clients. Should be able to communicate to underwriting, account management, adjusters, regional coordinators, and accounting.
- Demonstrates commitment to team goals and objectives.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma. Minimum of 2 years office experience or data entry.
Computer Skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
