Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist serves as a critical role in the CCRM Fertility Network’s department of Human Resources by providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers of CCRM. This position will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of HR tasks such as maintaining training databases and assignments, regulatory compliance, assist with employee onboarding, provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and managers, and assist with HR projects as assigned. The successful incumbent must thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Essential Functions
Support the HR function through detailed administration of the tactical and transactional activities required to keep CCRM compliant, happy and efficient.
Increase employee and manager awareness of available programs, resources, benefits, etc.
Assist managers with timely and accurate completion and appropriate recordkeeping of I-9s, provide weekly report on new hire I-9s, including tracking upcoming deadlines for new hires and reverifications, ensuring strict compliance at all times.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Maintain compliance training databases and training assignments related to new hires, terminations, and status changes from non-supervisory to supervisory roles.
Assist with the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives, as directed by HR leadership.
Manages the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires and newly acquired employees.
Assist with HR Projects, as assigned by HR leadership.
Provides support for all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participates in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, corrective action, manager and employee helpdesk tickets, performance and talent management, and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Current PHR or SHRM-CP credential, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist in a dedicated HR department.
Exceptional and thorough knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and multi-state employment laws, including, but not limited to, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, employee relations and conflict resolution, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, worker's comp, compliance, etc.
Experience with ADP WFN, strongly preferred.
Strong skill set with Microsoft Office and Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

FLSA Status: Exempt (salaried)
Pay Range
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. The actual salary offered is dependent on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and education at time of offer.
