Job Duties:
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting emails and drawing estimates
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Analyzing data as required
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Job Skills:
- Expert knowledge of word processing software such as MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Expert knowledge of communication software such as mail clients (Gmail, Outlook)
- Expert knowledge of project management software such as MS Teams
- Excellent language skills and the ability to translate technical updates into storytelling fit for the PMO framework
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and insight into team dynamics
