As the Database and Campaign Manager, this position will be crucial to building and executing our customer segmentation strategy. This person will create lists/segments using tools like SQL, SSRS and PowerBI. This person should be comfortable working with manual and automated processes and will help organization scale with on building more automation. The position will work closely with business leaders to facilitate initiatives aimed at operational efficiencies through streamlined processes, delivery of higher quality products/services, and innovations to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assists business and marketing leaders in developing communication data extractions for communication and workflow campaigns.
- Create datasets based on business logic through conversations with business lines.
- Create ad hoc datasets based on data requests
- Maintain/update current datasets and workflows based on evolving needs.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Manage data structure for customer communication strategies.
- Support process automation based on business logic through conversations with business lines.
- Maintenance of datasets in response to individual and/or business unit requests.
- Ensure data system integrity within and across multiple sources.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.
- Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department.
- Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements.
- Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience
- Working with data sets (Transforming and loading data) Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- SQL experience Strong analytical and data synthesis competencies with intermediate to advanced Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Flexible and adaptable in process analysis and problem-solving approach
- Able to work throughout the DBU – vertically and
- Creative and innovative problem-solver
