Job Overview:
A production and warehouse position that involves operating and cleaning factory equipment, working at a station or production line, fabricating, and inspecting products, and adhering to all Company policies as well as factory safety guidelines and standards.
Job Requirements:
· Uses machinery in a safe manner daily.
· Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
· Ensures that workstation, production line and warehouse are clean and free of safety hazards.
· Addresses problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as needed.
· Fabricates and assembles product parts by hand.
· Uses machinery, power tools, and hand equipment to complete parts.
· Observes and removes faulty products from workstation or production line.
· Inspects products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
· Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products and packaging.
· Packs completed products and prepares them for shipment.
· Prepares and maintains all required documentation.
· Unloads, organizes, stocks, and reloads shipments.
· Adheres to all safety guidelines and handling of materials in the factory.
· Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
· Reports issues or problems with production and equipment to immediate supervisor.
· Cleans equipment, shop floor and warehouse.
· Other tasks and responsibilities as required by General Manager and Operations Manager
Other Functions:
- Ability to interpret operational functions and monitors on factory equipment.
- Possesses knowledge of overall abilities and uses for production equipment.
- Is able to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.
- Pays close attention to detail and have a strong understanding of measurements and basic mathematics.
- Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions.
- Is familiar with all factory safety procedures and guidelines.
- Demonstrates ability to use machinery, power tools, and hand equipment safely and effectively.
- Works efficiently and manages time effectively.
- Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift at least 40lbs for long periods of time.
Candidate Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED is required.
· Certification and licensing to operate factory machinery is strongly preferred.
· Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended.
· Must possess excellent communication skills.
· Must be willing to work odd hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
