Job Description :
- Location : Opelika, GA (runs to Birmingham, South GA)
- Home Time : Daily
- Shift : Both day and night shifts available
- Weekend Work : Yes
- Holiday Work Expectations : Work holidays with wait time at Walmart stores and potential for backhauls
Pertinent Lane Information :
- Favorable Information on Lane : No-touch freight, home daily, runs within Atlanta, Birmingham, and South GA
- Unfavorable Information on Lane : Weekend and holiday work required, potential wait time at Walmart stores
Pay / Compensation Package :
Average Earnings : Earn between $1,200 to $1,500 per week, depending on schedule (5-day or 6-day work)
Additional Pay Details :
- Stop Pay : $10 for all stops on a 5-day schedule; on a 6-day schedule, $10 for the 1st stop and $15 for all subsequent stops
- Lane Characteristics : Live Load, Live Unload, Drop and Hook operations
Requirements :
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 3 months of OTR (Over-the-Road) experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including DOT physical and drug test
