What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at CDS?
Customer Driven Staffing has been in business and operating in Florida more than 20 years. We provide an extensive number of services to our clients in Leesburg, Tavares, Apopka and throughout the surrounding areas. Our Company seeks a motivated and dedicated candidate that thrives in a challenging and demanding working environment. We currently have an opening in Zellwood for $13.75/hr Night shift.
Essential functions include:
- Work twelve hours (12) hours shifts.
- Work 24/7, meaning shifts that rotate within themselves every two (2) weeks span.
- Work a 2-2-3 work schedule. They work 2 days, off 2 days, on 3 days, off 2 days, on 2 days and then off 3 days. With this schedule employees work every other weekend*-one (1) weekend on & one (1) weekend off.
- Schedule 7am to 7pm -Day shift and 7pm to 7am -Night shift.
- Work all the Holidays and major holidays are paid at 1.5 rate (same as OT): Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year are at this rate.
- Offer a starting pay rate of a minimum $12 per hour during day shift. Night shift starts at $13/hr and $0.75-night shift differential *Increases occur based on experience and/or training.
- Over-time is always available.
- Promote within-employees have the potential to grow within the company based on training and company needs, both temps and permanent employees.
- Don't have an air-conditioned or heated facility; ventilation is appropriate for facility, with several fans
throughout.
