Software Quality Specialist

EverCheck is looking for a Software Quality Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position in our downtown Boulder, CO office. To best serve our clients, typical hours are 9am-6pm Monday - Friday.

This position is vital in our ongoing effort to provide a top-notch SaaS product. We care deeply about the success of our partners and believe strongly in doing right by the client. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is in the early stages of their software quality career and has both an analytical mind and great communication skills.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Test our software to ensure new and existing processes are running as they should be
• Communicate project needs to our programming team
• Work directly with our account management team to track and respond to incidents
• Assist with implementing new accounts to ensure we create interfaces at the specification of the clients' needs
• Report programming bugs to developers
• Review accounts to help hospitals clean up their data, problem solve along with the EverCheck Software Quality Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new software updates within EverCheck

What You Bring To The Team:

• 1-2 years' experience in a professional software quality environment greatly preferred 
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Master of Excel! (Or maybe becoming a master at Excel is on your bucket list!)
• Energy and enthusiasm! We want to work with people who are as excited about life as we are!
• If you have a cool talent like breakdancing, magic, or opera singing that would be fun to see.
