Wholesale Manager
CED is a family owned and operated wholesale distributor of industrial, commercial, and residential supplies. We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proven track record of success in the wholesale industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our wholesale department including sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Oversee the daily operations of wholesale distribution center including receiving, inventory management, and delivery.
- Oversee the training of new and current wholesale employees.
- Oversee the training of new employees.
- Oversee the hiring process including interviews, testing, background screening, and selection of candidates for hire.
- Develops and implements a strategic plan to expand our business in all markets.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key vendors to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains a strategic relationship with other companies in the industry to maintain strong partnerships.
- Develops and maintains a positive attitude towards all team members, customers, vendors, clients, and management at all times.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Wholesale Management preferred, but will consider other industry success in building a successful business.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Sales preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
