How you will make an impact:
The Supervisor - Housekeeping provides completes daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations. The Lead Housekeeper supports other Housekeepers in maintaining overall cleanliness of the hospital, delegating tasks, assigned units, and priorities for the team. Although this is not a supervisory role, the Lead Housekeeper serves as a point person and mentor for all Housekeeping team needs and communicates with the Director of Plant Operations accordingly. This position also monitors Housekeeping supplies and assists in ordering new supplies.

Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Experience: Preferably one (1) year experience in housekeeping field. Prior team lead experience preferred but not required.
- Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
- Training: Successful completion of Crisis Management and Service Excellence Training must occur within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in any restraining procedures.
