What will you be doing in this role?
The Credentialing Liaison is responsible for providing routine guidance/input to affiliated entities on the credentialing process to ensure the seamless and timely flow of information in order to meet deadlines. The Credentialing Liaison will be the primary point of contact for all affiliated entities during the credentialing process, while also serving as a liaison for the affiliated entities, credentialing team, multiple departments and facility management. Delivers excellent customer service and multitasks to execute a variety of administrative tasks within the technical platforms utilized by the organization. The Credentialing Liaison works cooperatively with the Credentialing Coordinator, Credentialing Control Analyst, and Management Team to ensure accurate communication of credentialing related information regarding appointment and reappointment is provided to the applicant.
