Reporting to the Director of Finance, the FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities supporting two sites in the Americas.
Key responsibilities focus on supporting month end reporting and analysis, leading and coordinating planning and forecasting activities, ad hoc FP&A support as required and leading global projects. This position will work closely with the Manufacturing Leaders, Business Leadership Team, and the Accounting Group on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
- BA Finance or related field. MBA a plus
- Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience with trajectory of increased responsibility
Experience and required skills:
- Strong finance background, with operational understanding, P&L management, annual budget, forecasting, strategic planning, consolidated reporting, business reviews
- SAP FI (financial Sap tied to P&L): a MUST, Allocations, Balance Sheet, Asset Ledger
- SAP PBW (Business warehouse, excel based)
- Cost/inventory, financial accounting
- Advanced Business analytics and modeling experience i.e. Tableau, Alteryx and other visualization add-ins
