Work as an escrow assistant for a real estate investment company known as a trusted investment advisor that will keep business transactions running smoothly to give their clients peace of mind. You can count on this team to deliver the quality customer experience you deserve.
Responsibilities of the escrow assistant: • Provide clerical support during the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts • Assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients as required • Work with lenders to fund loans and prepare files for disbursement and recording • Prepare closing packages for lender, seller, buyer and accounting • Obtain information for closing including homeowner dues, payoffs, tax certificates, surveys and other documentation
Real estate experience is a must!
