What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Scientist (BCBA) position at Celeration ABA?
Hopefully, you’re the driven and visionary Behavior Analyst we’ve been looking for.
Let’s talk about you:
Are you the type of BCBA who jumps in to cover direct ABA sessions so that your family doesn’t lose any services even when your clinical director insists you drive out to an assessment because it makes the company more money? Do you still get hands-on in your BCBA overlaps and start modeling how to play with Play-Doh in a way that teaches your kids all kinds of skills? Do you do all of this while still maintaining close relationships with each family you work with?
First of all, well done. Second of all, making Play-Doh animals should be mandatory training for all BCBAs. Third of all, your personality, natural talents, and intellect are just what we need.
What you will need to be successful in this role
- An active BCBA license
- A passion for providing direct ABA services
- A love for playing with children of all ages
What makes Celeration ABA a great place to work?
- Flexible working hours
- A diverse and inclusive work environment
- Highly competitive salary
- Small caseloads (1-3 families)
- Unlimited PTO
- Unlimited reinforcer reimbursement
- ABA CEU reimbursement
- 401k matching
- Healthcare, Dental, and Vision
- Mentoring from experienced BCBAs
