SUMMARY

Our Madison area client is seeking an Experienced Auto Casualty Claims Representative to join their team. The person in this role is responsible for handling personal and commercial auto liability/injury claims, physical damage and medical payments. Claims may also include homeowners, farm owners, business owners, and umbrella claims.

DESIRED CANDIDATES

• 3 years experience handling personal and commercial auto casualty claims – must include experience with bodily injury claim handling.
• HS diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Natural problem solver
• Customer Service focused
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate skills
