What would you do, if hired?
- Visualize key metrics by building out our existing BI dashboards, empowering the company to make data driven decisions.
- Closely collaborate with business leaders across all departments to identify and track key metrics
- Support business teams to become more data driven by means of training and automating their reporting processes.
- Analyze a wide range of data from customer usage to sales and marketing data.
- Identify and eliminate reporting and data process bottlenecks
- Perform routine and ad hoc analyses as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Background of 1 - 5 years of related work experience in data and analytics
- Experience at a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus)
- Experience in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Domo.
- Capacity using data to communicate ideas and making data driven recommendations.
- Expert in Excel and can perform complex functions.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience with ETLs is a plus
