What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rotational Trainee position at Celigo?

We are seeking multiple individuals to be a part of our Rotational Trainee program. Trainees will complete an 8-month rotational program of immersion in integrator.io. The program curriculum consists of both group and independent projects led by leaders of departments across Celigo. Program Graduates will be integrator.io product experts who can apply their gained knowledge to open positions in departments across the company.
What would you do, if hired?
- Accelerate through integrator.io product training and pass certification exams.
- Develop a deep understanding of how our product helps to solve customers’ business needs.
- Exposure to scoping customer use cases process by mimicking and developing customer implementation projects.
- Develop customer relation skills including presentation abilities and professional presence.
- Gain expertise with the integrator.io product and the ability to build complex flows for advanced use cases.
- Participate in product office hours and Integration App training sessions.
- Gain an intimate understanding of the customer implementation process and best practices for ensuring customer adoption of the product.
- Apply gained knowledge and experience to address customer support needs and find solutions to those problems.
- Actively participate in hands-on projects with other rotational trainees.
- Grow as a professional through targeted development programs.
- Provide feedback to the Program Manager on program design and experience.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree – a technical one is preferred, but not required.
- Technically proficient enough to dig into our product and not only understand how it works but learn how to use it yourself.
- Really curious – you don't learn about new concepts because it's your job, but because you're generally passionate about learning new things, especially about new things in the tech world.
- Collaborative, team player who can contribute to a team, but also carry your own weight.
- Eager to engage with clients and colleagues to help solve business needs through our product.
- Critical thinking and the ability to solve ambiguous problems to find tangible solutions.
- Self-motivated, go-getter attitude who’s not afraid to take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) with keen attention to detail.
