Position Summary

CST China is seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Manager to join our collaborative, global team. The successful candidate will have significant experience leading and developing high performing sales teams, with a strong business acumen and strategic focus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional team and achieve the annual sales target
  • Build KOL network and improve key customer direct relationship to maximize revenue
  • Develop regional sales strategy, design annually/quarterly/monthly action plan according to the company's strategic plan
  • Lead the regional sales team to develop new customer acquisition plan by segment/region
  • Execute cross-departmental coordination to improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement major projects or events, business planning and contract negotiation
  • Improve and optimize the organizational structure ofsales department to develop multiple sales methods and complete the sales plan
  • Implement overall sales productivity
  • Cooperate with Distributor Management team to improve the distributor’s sales skills, manage customer relationships
  • Formulate sales expense budget, guide and control the direction and progress of sales
  • Responsible for developing and driving the regional sales team members individual development plans
  • Responsible for improving the employee engagement within the regional sales team
  • Share insights/Customer needs on an ongoing basis with Regional Marketing Team
  • Collaborate on Customer/Business targeted plans to ensure value to the China market
  • Understand, implement and execute Regional and Global Marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Bio-chemical or related preferred 
  • Great communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Over 10 years’ working experience in health care industry, life science industry will be a plus 
  • 5 years people management experience, strong leadership on leading teams 
  • Strong on strategic thinking, business planning and business acumen
