We have an exciting new role for a Consumer Marketing Strategist for our client based in Morristown, NJ!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing multi-channel acquisition, cross-selling and engagement strategies focused on driving incremental household growth. The ideal candidate has an understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns and an ability to analyze and articulate how upper and mid-funnel tactics contribute to improved lower-funnel performance (media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution). Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aimed at achieving profitable growth.
Create a growth framework with the goal of persuading, educating, and improving understanding across various business segments.
Collaborate with the in-house data and analytics team to establish relevant metrics and dashboards. Lead the reporting of performance, financial viability, and test outcomes.
Construct and oversee an effective testing and learning schedule to maximize output, efficiency, and profitability.
Collaborate with content, creative, legal, compliance, and other departments to optimize initiatives and generate additional value.
Actively track and communicate monthly trends related to key campaign objectives and metrics.
Leverage insights to formulate and refine strategies for improved future results, identifying opportunities for increased productivity and efficiency.
Take corrective actions when metrics indicate negative trends.
Stay current with industry measurement trends and innovative concepts.
Research and monitor the activities of competitors.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Director
10 years of B2C marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Deep working experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, in-app notifications, paid search, paid social, targeted display, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
Experience in creating consumer go-to-market plans in a results-driven environment, improving metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, all with a highly data-driven, customer-centric approach.
A self-motivated, energetic, and self-directed learner with high intellectual curiosity.
Analytical and data-driven when it comes to understanding sophisticated product and platform features, identifying campaign impact and meeting KPIs.
Highly proficient in Office applications and a strong understanding of the capabilities of enterprise-level email marketing platforms (i.e., Pardot, Hubspot) and CRMs (i.e., Salesforce).
