What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEAD PROJECT MANAGER position at Cella?
Our client is seeking a Lead Project Manager. In this position, you will oversee and lead a highly visible video update initiative. The video update initiative supports an in-house video production team at a top-tier professional services company to assess, audit, and classify all video assets for brand and logo appearance, and then complete all edits of the video library. The Project Manager will lead a small team of editors for a launch.
This is a long-term contract position and is 100% remote!
Responsibilities:
- Report to and work with the Production Manager and Editorial Director.
- Manage and oversee all aspects video update project, including the allocation of all resources and communication to editors.
- Deliver projections and updates with the team.
- Anticipate and respond to needs and requests.
- Supervise project coordinator and editorial staff to ensure resource allocation is on point with objectives.
- Ensure all projects are on schedule.
- Oversee video collection to ensure all media is documented appropriately and can be readily obtained.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of leadership experience in a similar environment/video.
- strong prioritization skills of service and business updates.
- excellent organizational and communication skills.
