We are looking for a collaborative, fast-paced Recruiter that gets excited about working with BIG brands and talking with creative talent on the daily. Recruiters at Cella get paid on pure margin, don’t split commissions with sales peeps or their team, don’t have a threshold before they start earning commissions, don’t operate on a draw, and of course, get a pretty sweet salary.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• You are a steadfast and collaborative recruitment professional, seeking to build and strengthen relationships with creative talent and external clients.

• 1 years of staffing experience required. (open to a blend of staffing and corporate experience)

• Creative staffing experience preferred. (Creative roles ie: graphic design, UI/UX, etc.)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.

• Must embrace and exemplify our core values: Entrepreneurial Spirit, Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, and Employee Centricity.

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Interest and experience working in the staffing or creative industries are a plus.

• Must be comfortable and have experience in a metrics-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruitment experience preferred.
