Summary

Mosaic Laboratories is search of a Laboratory Logistics Technician working out of our Lake Forest, CA laboratory. As a member of our team, you will build clinical study specimen collection kits, handle outbound shipment requests, and track progress. You will handle a variety of items such as collection kits, specimens, images, and records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble clinical trial specimen collection kits in accordance with study protocols
• Complete shipment requests for kits, specimens, images, and records in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform and document specimen destruction requests
• Update shipping and inventory information in trackers
• Perform 100% QC checks on shipments
• Communicate shipment details with other departments and clients

Education

• Associates or bachelors degree preferred

• Experience with building and shipping sample collection kits, or working a manufacturing environment preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
• Successful completion of a background check

• This is a full-time day shift position working Monday – Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM.
