System Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join CelLink as a System Sales Engineer. The System Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This position requires a strong technical background and exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of CelLink's flexible circuit products.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in flexible circuit technology.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

To excel in this role, the individual must possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of flexible circuit technology and its applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Physical Demands – Office and Field Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and pull/push; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment – 

Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and field environments, with exposure to various weather conditions and physical hazards.

PPE-

May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, and other relevant equipment while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
