We have a Global Product team which is responsible for scoping, defining and designing Celonis’ new user interface for a diverse, global customer base. You’ll encounter a variety of product challenges and work closely with Engineering and UX partners to build best in class user experiences.

The Role:

As Product Manager for our User Journeys team you’ll work on the development of the Celonis user flow and features, exposing you to a diverse range of personas and use cases.

The work you’ll do:

  • Drive the platform development to support effective life cycle management for business critical solutions that our customers run on EMS
  • Discover problems and collect requirements to drive the improvement of end to end user journeys that span across teams, e.g. the installation of apps and updates from our Marketplace
  • Develop a deep understanding about what our business users and power users need to effectively work with Celonis, e.g. by conceptualizing new components to visualize data or taking action
  • Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs to drive customer success
  • Define product requirements, user stories, mockups and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering or independently.
  • Partner with other Celonis Product and Marketing Managers, delivery teams, and our Customer Value organization to deliver cross-company impact.
  • Leverage data to help find the best solution to our complex problems.

The qualifications you need:

  • 3 years experience in product management, ideally within a digital technology company, a degree gained within a technical or business related subject would be beneficial.
  • You are a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, enterprise technology environment
  • You have a proven track record of building long-lasting customer relationships and scalable go to market plans within a rapidly growing organization
  • You have a strong sense of customer empathy to care deeply about customer problems and user experience
  • You enjoy tackling complex problems
  • You are fluent in English
