Wellness & Aesthetics Coordinator

As a Wellness & Aesthetics Coordinator, you are responsible for assisting the studio manager in managing the business, people & processes per corporate guidelines. Components of the role include working collaboratively with studio manager to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency, networking and relationship building with local businesses/community organizations, ensuring superior customer service, driving studio membership sales, assist with onboarding new employees, and meet/exceed Center KPIs in addition to personal sales goals.

Responsibilities of a Wellness & Aesthetics Coordinator:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Engage clients with enthusiasm, authenticity & a positive demeanor
  • Rapid response to member requests, inquiries and concerns
  • Expert knowledge in all services, benefits, products & price points
  • Identify & assess client needs to provide specific product recommendations
  • Provide seamless service experience in all modalities
  • Ensure all staff provides a cohesive experience

SALES

  • Maximize every client as a sales opportunity
  • Actively market services & promotions
  • Ensure accurate intake of client forms & subsequent sales processes per store operation guidelines
  • Meet/exceed sales and metric performance goals
  • Relationship building and creating meaningful events in effort to build membership goals

ADMINISTRATIVE/CUSTODIAL

  • Execute open/mid/close schedule duties per standard operation procedures
  • Daily Client Outreach via phone/text/email
  • Ensure proper procedure execution through company sales system
  • Provide maintenance & daily cleaning as directed by Center Manager
  • Operate and Maintain company property and equipment per guidelines

Responsibilities of T-Shock Specialist:

  • Perform quality, professional body contouring services that meet clients' needs
  • Customize facial and body treatments within Celsius Cryotherapy policies, protocols to craft truly personalized sessions and recommending a regimen to achieve desired results
  • Safeguard the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding our commitment to safety
  • Effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service
  • Recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for people & health-oriented lifestyle!

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Receptive to feedback, coaching & development
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Open availability on days, evenings and weekends
  • 2 years sales experience
  • 3 years customer service experience
  • Licensed Aesthetician in the State of Washington
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED and Aesthetics License

*Celsius MedSpa will train qualified candidates on all Cryotherapy equipment and treatment protocols.
