Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator at CEM Solutions Co. The role is primarily located in Seabrook, TX, with the flexibility for remote work (or based in San Antonio, Tx). The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks:
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with client & event goals and target audiences. This involves researching market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying key messaging.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative content across various platforms such as blogs, social media, websites, and email newsletters. This includes writing compelling copy and designing visuals.
- Digital Ad Campaign Management: Expertise in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across all major Business Manager platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), with a deep understanding of targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, analytics, and driving successful outcomes on any platform.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future content strategies and campaigns.
- Website Design and Maintenance: Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of client & event websites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with brand guidelines. This includes regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve site functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with departments such as sales and events to align marketing strategies with company objectives and customer preferences. This involves understanding and integrating diverse perspectives to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Ensuring Compliance in Digital Marketing: Ensure all digital marketing initiatives adhere to applicable regulations and industry best practices, including data protection and privacy laws. This includes staying updated on legal requirements and implementing measures to safeguard consumer data and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Experience in the corrosion, industrial, welding, or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related experience
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
