Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and discrete SAP Vendor Invoice Digitizer to join our Imaging team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving the mail, preparing the documents and scanning them.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Mail : Retrieving incoming mail from FedEx, USP, and USPS upwards of 2 times per day.
- Prepping : Sorting and prepping incoming mail into Vendor Invoices and separate and send to the appropriate areas the packages that don t belong to the area.
- Digitalization : Digitalizing and retaining all CEMEX documents legally and company required. Utilizing Kodak High Speed scanners to image.
- Archiving : Moving boxes of completed invoices to store in the correct location. Approximately 50 lbs.
- Scanner Maintenance : Assure the scanners are working properly, if not ask for assistance from Kodak or P&IT.
- Communication : Liaising with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice-related queries or issues.
- Quality : Ensuring all invoices are processed with high quality.
- Compliance : Follow Cemex policies especially of handling sensitive information shared in the invoices.
Qualifications
Bachelor not required but proficient experience working on a computer (i.e. navigated between two screens and multiple applications in previous roles).
SAP experience and Microsoft Office Suite (Acrobat,Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience scanning and filing documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work with standard office / computer Equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees / visitors
