What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Associate position at CenExel?
Job duties include:
- Post customer payments against outstanding invoices as received.
- Requests remittance advices or obtains from customer portals as needed.
- Assists in reconciliation of contract work at the end of the contracts.
- Invoices items in a timely manner.
- Assists with establishing systems for tracking studies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and with internal employees.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manage a variety of priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with a CRM a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data
- Willing to learn and grow with us.
