WHAT YOU'LL DO :
In this role, you will install, program, service, test, inspect Fire Alarms, Intrusion Alarms, CCTV / IP-Video, and Access Control systems throughout Columbus and surrounding areas.
We have need for both tenured experienced technicians as well as ambitious technicians looking to take their career to the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- 3-8 Years of Electronic Security industry experience
- In-depth experience of 1 of 4 ES categories : FA, BA, CCTV, Access
- Current OEM certifications and ability to acquire specifics provided by company
- Current or have ability to gain NICET-1 within 3 months of employment
- Excellent experience with commercial cabling and construction practices
- Ability to work independently or as a crew on small to large projects
- Knowledge of some, if not all the following equipment : DMP, Ademco, Bosch, Honeywell, Fire Lite, Silent Knight, CCTV, Card Access
- Great communication / customer service skills and ability to interpret / execute written instructions
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing
- Strong mechanical / electrical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work safely on construction sites using ladders and lifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
- Must have good hand / eye coordination
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
