Position Purpose:


  • Design, develop, and oversee quality assurance and monitoring programs to develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements
  • Assess audits conducted by operations analysts. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve quality within Marketplace enrollment and billing departments
  • Review and resolve complex quality issues
  • Assist management to revise enrollment and billing processing guidelines ensuring compliance objectives are met
  • Collaborate with training department to provide training on improved processes
  • Train, supervise, and monitor operations auditors

    • Oversee daily Marketplace enrollment and billing operations ensuring adherence to quality objectives.

    Experience/Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of combined quality monitoring, quality program design or development, auditing and/or training experience. Experience in a commercial managed healthcare setting preferred. Experience with quality monitoring and agent coaching tools and software. Previous experience as a supervisor or lead in call center management or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.
