Description
Responsible for providing excellent service, food and/or beverage and a fun, clean atmosphere to the Guests according to Company Standards and expectations. Responsible for greeting Guest, checking identification, controlling the flow of traffic and maintaining a fun clean atmosphere to Guests. Provides excellent product knowledge interacts with Guests in a variety of indoor and outdoor open air locations. Ensures a strong focus on an optimal Guest experience. Maintains a high quality property appearance at all times. Ensures efficient quality service. Remains in compliance with all department and company policies and procedures, internal controls and government relations. May attend periodic meetings and training sessions. Welcomes and greets arriving and departing guests. Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations. Accountable for maintaining high service and quality standards according to company standards, including Quality Assurance Inspections and Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
Provide general information while maintaining four-diamond, four-star service to guests.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

1 to 2 years serving in a high volume Food and Beverage environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Eighteen years of age or older.

Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.

Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness. Staff Member is required to obtain cards individually and provide proof of possession prior to first day of employment subject to local laws and regulations.

Cash handling skills may be required.

Must be able to represent the Hotel/Restaurant in a positive manner when in public view, public settings, on Social Media or other area or times that could become public knowledge.
