Talent Magnet is seeking an Account Manager to support the organization's growth and further their ability to partner with a growing client base.This leader will be a relationship builder who innately knows how to create connections, build trust, and convert leads as well as reengage the global user base of customers.
Talent Magnet operates with a start-up mentality which involves moving fast while building great client experiences, resources, tools, and support structures to transform the learning and development industry. The hired candidate must want to be a part of creating, building, and doing things without fine-tuned support.
This role will be 25-35 hours a week with a hybrid office schedule, working closely with the CEO to develop business and take the next steps for the existing pipeline. They will have the ability to assess, grow, and fine-tune the customer pipeline ratios and close deals.Additionally, this individual will manage quick turnaround sales cycles as well as effectively nurture and build trust during long sales cycles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership: collaborate enterprise-wide to boost sales and lead the development of marketing communications campaigns and programs that drive customer awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Partnership and influence: establish and facilitate effective relationships with all stakeholders clients, contractors, colleagues and advisors. Prepare and present account status and growth reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical: understand, analyze, and articulate data about the customer base and behaviors to develop hypotheses, strategies, and solutions.
- Innovative: seek out and apply new approaches and technology to bring sophistication to sales and marketing strategies.
- Storytelling: present our services in a relatable and compelling way; assist in the creation of messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborative: lean on the strengths and functions of team members to deliver excellence.
- Market and Industry Knowledge: stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.Apply knowledge to enhance client relationships and propose innovative solutions.
- Project coordination and management: coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs.
- In the community: regularly meet with contacts, network and attend events
- Business Development Meetings: meet in-person or virtually and take action steps needed for prospective customers and existing customers to land and expand.
- Begin the client journey and create follow-up from meetings the CEO participates in.
- Follow-up on incoming calls and identified leads through various sales funnels and sales channels.
- Build Account Plans for existing customers, prospective customers and new customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and experience are critical
- Experience driving B2B sales and marketing strategy
- Adept at finding solutions when processes are not yet in place or the processes need to be fine-tuned
