General Summary

As in integral member of the CCL Client Development team, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts which utilize CCL’s transactional products and services. In addition, the position will be required to play a role in performing assigned tasks which ensure consistent service delivery for the broader Client Development operation. Critical success factors include managing lead qualifications, lead conversions, sourcing new transactional product opportunities from existing clients and achieving transactional KPIs. Collaborate with the Americas Sales team when opportunities when consultative and integrated solutions are identified. This role responds and interacts with clients and potential clients through phone/e-mail/chat channels.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactive Sales: Conducts systematic outreach to qualified prospects interested in CCL’s transactional products:
    • Responsible for conducting outreach as part of the lead qualification process to close and win new transactional sales opportunities.
    • Identify and manage new business prospects with a view up-sell/cross-sell additional CCL products and services to them
    • Explore and increase client spend across CCL’s portfolio of transactional products.
    • Regularly connect with team members on the Americas Sales team to proactively escalate any opportunities having the potential to expand CCL’s consultative and integrated product/service offerings.
    • Support assigned regional sales POD with transactional processing and support.
  • Lead Qualification & Management: Own, qualify and develop assigned and sourced leads into opportunities for transactional revenue “wins”. Responsible for advancing larger, more integrated opportunities to CCL’s Americas Sales team:
    • Follow-up and develop leads assigned/received from Integrated Marketing (i.e. from promotional events, marketing campaigns, etc.
    • Manage required documentation for CRM around lead status, conversions and assignments.
    • Using the weekly OE Registrations report (and other sources), identify new and existing organizations which could benefit from CCL’s products and services, identify HR contacts and establish relationship to drive OE revenue.
    • Leverage client referrals and other tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
    • If necessary, conduct outreach to existing and prospect accounts to help fill local and regional events; Breakfast Forums, etc.
  • Account Management: Manage and cultivate deeper client relationships with assigned/targeted CCL transactional product accounts not managed by Americas Sales.
    • Responsible for preparing and delivering periodic account reviews with assigned clients using all available quantifiable data and feedback etc.
    • Identify potential expansion opportunities through the Account Review process
    • Assist clients with managing their productivity on active LOAs
    • Accountable for ensuring CRM is up to date on all account management activities
  • Business Processes/Team Support: This position serves as a subject matter expert for others on the team and is expected to ensure defined business processes are followed and be able to utilize multiple technical platforms to process & complete transactions. This includes but is not limited to:
    • CISCO UCCX
    • Dynamics CRM
    • E4SE
    • iApps/EBO
    • associated BOT replacements, i.e. Magento
    • Microsoft Office applications

From time to time due to operational servicing requirements this position will be required to assist with other Client Development activities such as handling queue calls, emails and other tasks to support clients within the contact center.

Education
  • BS/BA degree required and/or equivalent sales experience
Experience/Work Background
  • At least 3 – 5 years of sales, marketing, and client service experience required
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated sales mindset
  • Selling skills required, consultative skills preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Detail and action-oriented
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & verbal) essential

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Relationship building skills; ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Strong telephone presence
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of cross-functional teams with limited supervision essential
  • Skilled in Windows PC environment, especially with presentation design
  • Database management (ability to mine and use data to support sales efforts)
  • Strong client/prospect skills required (web, etc.)
  • Must be able to negotiate with clients
  • Stay current with trends to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • The hiring range for this role starts at $48,000. Offer will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience
