The Talent Acquisition Manager leads, implements and executes creative and effective full-cycle recruiting strategies to meet current and future company-wide talent needs and positively impact company growth and mission. This position fills simultaneous requisitions while managing company-wide recruiting initiatives and mentoring talent acquisition team members. The Talent Acquisition Manager drives and directs a positive, company-wide recruiting culture that prioritizes attaining and attracting best-in-class talent.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, create and execute company-wide talent acquisition strategies to attract physical therapists and other related healthcare professionals to positively impact company growth goals and mission
- Managesan assigned req load and execute a full-cycle recruiting process that includes applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Operate with a sales-driven mindset, combining exceptional sales and marketing skills to identify and secure top talent and effectively sell the company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
- Championsthe employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting company values, mission, and culture
- Implement and advise on effective sourcing strategies and methods that include networking, social media, job board, cold calling, job fair and conference attendance
- Mentor and coach recruiters and internal hiring teams to elevate skills and effectiveness of recruiting
- Advise, assist and implement process improvements to support workforce growth and timely high volume recruiting
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with internal and external clients including vendors, community and university partners to ensure achievement of staffing goals
- Work cross functionally with clinical operations and other staff to develop and manage internal programs that build employee engagement and retain talent pipeline
- Build and report on KPIs, measures and outcomes for continuous improvement in recruitment processes, hiring decisions, expediency and quality of hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in attracting talent.
- Manage and create overall recruiting budget to ensure cost-effective hiring
About You:
- 5 years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle Talent Acquisition professional, in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting. Experience recruiting physical therapists and other allied health professionals preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven recruitment environment, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Creative and out-of-the box thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with candidates, internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Greenhouse preferred
- Experience mentoring and leading a team of recruiters and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the office and travel to nearby clinics to meet candidates, as needed.
- Travel required: up to 20%
