Center Point is accepting applications for a Manager for a small restaurant in Union City, TN. The Manager must be energized and able to handle all situations with a 100% guest-focused mindset. The manager is a leader who continuously strives to improve store operations, increase sales, and build a strong, well-developed and knowledgeable team.
Job Duties:
Oversee for the day to day operations for the store
Ensure exceptional customer service is offered at all times
Count inventory and work with ordering manager on restocks
Ensure efficient and profitable business performance by growing sales, managing inventory levels, labor & supplies
Manage employees
Ensure all employees are given the tools and training needed for success in their roles
Willing and able to perform any/all store duties at a mastery level and never hesitant to jump in as needed
Greet customers and take orders
Required Experience & Skills:
2 years Retail or Restaurant Management experience preferred
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze situations and make good business decisions
Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
Results and goal-driven, while always remembering that people come first
